Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for a hot water boiler replacement at Lake Road Elementary School (specifications attached). We received bids from two (2) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Garrett Plumbing and Heating– $32,600.00

Billy Rogers Plumbing– $32,657.00

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
